Hyde Park will be located on the site of the former Beukenhorst-West office park. In just a few years’ time, this will be a place where approximately 3,800 homes and a wide range of amenities will form a lively urban district. The area is responding to the high demand for housing in the Haarlemmermeer district. At the moment there are almost 9,000 interested parties for the newest district in the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area.
On sale from August
The urban planning of the new district is in the hands of Winy Maas of MVRDV. Final preparations will take place in the coming months for the construction, which is due to start at the end of this year. The sale of apartments will begin in August.
